Return Policy
This right of return applies to all orders from MechMaxx.
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
Returning products is easy. If you are dissatisfied with your order, received the wrong product, or received defective or unsuitable items, please contact our customer service at info@mechmaxx.live for return and refund assistance.
Return Costs
The customer bears the return costs. The actual costs must be paid by the customer directly to the shipping carrier for both unsatisfied and defective products.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive a refund within 7 business days using the original payment method.
Please Note
Only products in new condition can be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.
How to Return Your Order

You will receive your refund within 7 days after we receive your return.
Order Cancellation
You have 30 minutes after placing your order to cancel it.
After that, cancellation is no longer possible.
To cancel your order, please email info@mechmaxx.live within the first 30 minutes.
Damaged Items
